Today, homebuyers typically spend time looking for a home on online real estate sites. However, I will customize search options for you using MLS that will enable your search to be targeted as well as to potentially find houses before they arrive on online search engines.

A good deal in real estate is about more than the specifics of an individual house. The broader housing market both nationally and in your area should also influence how you think about your purchase, the terms, and the price. I will help you formulate your best offer based on all of the relevant housing market data.

Access to FSBO and Coming Soon
Occasionally there may be homes that are either listed as “For Sale by Owner” or that are listed as “Coming Soon.” I will work to help you not miss out on those properties or the opportunity to pursue the perfect property before it goes on market
In-Person or Video Walkthrough
Nothing quite substitutes for an in-person visit to a home you are interested in purchasing. However, in some circumstances that might be challenging. If you are not able to attend showing in person, or would prefer not to, I will do a detailed video walk through of the property with the seller’s permission.
Based on your preferences, we will together develop a plan to make sure that you have all the information you need when you need it. For some that might be a daily email or short phone call, while other may prefer different levels of communication. I will work with you to create a plan customized to your needs.
