While the process of buying and selling a home can be stressful in and of itself, it is only part of the moving process that can be a challenge. In addition to buying and selling, people often have to manage scheduling professionals such as cleaners, handyman services, staging services, and movers, among other things. And all of this while still trying to manage the normal pressures of family, work, and everyday life. My desire is to provide the absolute highest service to my clients while reducing the stress surrounding the totality of the moving experience. In addition to providing you with excellent real estate representation, my team and myself will manage your entire move whether you are moving across town or across the country. Below are the incluced services I provide to all of my Real Estate clients.

Temporary Housing
If you are coming from out of town to purchase a home, or will need temporary housing while you wait to close on a house, We will provide a list of temporary housing options that will meet your unique needs. We can also provide information on hotels close by your home search area.
Professional Services
Buying or selling a home often involves utilizing multiple professional services such as cleaners, handyman services, etc… If those services are needed before or after your move, we will solicit quotes on your behalf and schedule service when neccessary.
Local vendor Information
Based on your preferences and needs, we will together develop a plan to make sure that you have all the information you need when you need it. For some that might be a daily email or short phone call, while other may prefer different levels of communication. I will work with you to create a plan customized to your needs.
Moving/Packing Company Bids
Moving is more than just buying or selling a house. We will take an inventory of your home, and solicit bids from reputable local movers, and manage communication with the movers once you have made your decision. We can also arrange packing services as desired.
Interior Design Consultation
If desired, as an added service to all of our clients, we will provide for you, at no cost, an initial consultation with an interior designer to give you specific ideas on how to best design your unique space.
Pet Services
In a Real Estate transaction, while price is certainly important, it is not the only factor to consider. The terms of a sale can be just as important depending on the individual situation of the seller. I will serve as a trusted advisor to help you negotiate both the best price and the best terms according to your needs.
School Information
We will provide you with unbiased reports from several sources on both public and private local schools so you are able to make an informed decision. Additionally, upon request, we will also schedule school tours.
Organization Consultant
When we move, for better or worse, our stuff typically comes with us. Many of us struggle to know how to organize our stuff in a way that reduces stress and enables us to enjoy our space to the fullest. If desired, at no additional cost, we will set up an initial consultant with an organization specialist.
Agent REferral Network
I will communicate with buyers agents to make sure that all potential buyers are well qualified. Additionally, I will facilitate all home showings for you and utilize all of the tools available including hosting Open Houses if it is helpful in the overall strategy of marketing your house.
